Job Title: Security Dispatcher
Location: Hawthorne / Lawndale Area
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Security Dispatcher to join our team in the Hawthorne/Lawndale area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift
- Swing Shift
- Graveyard Shift
· Applicants must be flexible and available to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines in a professional manner
- Dispatch security officers to various job sites promptly and accurately
- Maintain clear communication with field staff and management
- Record and update information using Excel and other computer systems
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and employees
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Excel proficiency required)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
