Primary Purpose: The Residential Real Estate Account Administrator is responsible for assisting throughout the originating processing and closing of lot and bridge loans. Able to work in a highly paced and dynamic environment Able to answer calls, emails, and inquiries in a swift and timely manner. Able to speak with employees, Bankers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Title companies, and other lead sources. Able to maintain exceptional customer service quality. Able to calculate Loan to Value. Knowledge of Real Estate transactions. Able to problem-solve and find resolutions to complex situations. Able to read income documents, W2s, Tax Returns, pay stubs, assets, reserves, 401K statements, etc. Knowledge of the closing and settlement process. Ability to interpret and apply policies and guidelines effectively Able to demonstrate flexibility as demands and priorities change. Minimum Required Skills & Competencies: Two (2) years’ Mortgage loan experience Knowledge of mortgage loan disclosure requirements Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals of all levels within the organization Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with internal and external customers and service providers Will need a NMLS# Desired Skills & Competencies: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Physical Requirements: Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
