About the OpportunityAre you organized, creative, relationship-focused, and looking for a position with flexibility and variety?
The Mike Sher Team is seeking a Client Experience & Grassroots Marketing Coordinator to help create memorable experiences for our clients, referral partners, and community. This is not a high-volume sales or call-center role. We are a relationship-driven, database-focused real estate team that believes in quality over quantity.
If you enjoy connecting with people, planning events, managing marketing campaigns, and helping maintain strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Manage and enhance our client database
- Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and appreciation outreach
- Plan and assist with client appreciation events and community activities
- Manage social media content and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate postcards, newsletters, direct mail, and email campaigns
- Deliver client and referral partner gifts
- Track referrals, engagement, and follow-up activities
- Help develop and implement new marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate contact records and key client information
- Assist with special projects and team marketing efforts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable with technology, databases, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Creative thinker with strong follow-through
- Event planning or marketing experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation for local errands and client gift deliveries
