Talent Acquisition Sourcer
On Deck Healthcare places healthcare professionals in interim leadership and executive search opportunities with the top healthcare systems throughout the country. On Deck Healthcare is hiring a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our interim and permanent recruitment team. The ideal candidate is self-driven with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), customer-focused, passionate about healthcare, and innovative.
Role is remote but based in Orange County, CA for training. Occasional travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Associations, and Internal Database to source for candidates through Boolean searches.
- Career discussions with prospective candidates to explain our services and identify ideal roles for candidates
- Utilize Canva to create ads for hard-to-fill specialties
- Identify new avenues for candidate generation
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS, Manatal
- Create job postings for our website and LinkedIn
- Lead referral email campaigns
