Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings that accurately reflect each client's mental health needs, ensuring a clear understanding of their challenges.
• Develop tailored treatment plans designed to address the unique needs and goals of each client, encompassing a wide range of therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methods that are proven effective in treating various mental health conditions.
• Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, sharing insights to provide holistic care.
• Engage with clients' families, offering guidance and education about the recovery process to facilitate their involvement in treatment.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling, evidenced by specialized training or significant experience in the field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills, allowing you to establish rapport with clients and foster a trusting, motivating therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position offers an attractive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
