We are looking for a dependable part-time Receptionist to support a nonprofit office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This Contract position will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors, helping ensure clear and accurate communication across multiple service areas. The ideal candidate is organized, courteous, and comfortable managing a busy front desk while assisting with a range of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls for multiple business lines with accuracy and courtesy.
• Greet residents and other visitors, determine their needs, and connect them with the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain smooth front desk operations by responding promptly to questions and providing general office support.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence as needed.
• Complete routine clerical work such as copying, filing, scanning, and faxing documents.
• Keep reception and common office areas orderly and presentable throughout the workday.
• Provide additional administrative assistance to staff as priorities shift and business needs arise.• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
• Comfort interacting with residents, staff, and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Proficiency with general office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Ability to work part-time hours reliably in an onsite office environment.
