Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this 2nd Shift Machine Operator position that is fully onsite in North Kingstown, RI, with a contract duration of 6 months or more. Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:55pm - 10:55pm.

The Machine Operator will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers' specifications. Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily/monthly goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards. Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action. Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies & procedures.

• Exceed production output and quality standards
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions
• Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action
• Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment
• Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation
• Order supplies as needed
• Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
• Meet safety standards
