Director, Strategic Partnerships

Abbott seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead partnership development and P&L management for its Lingo division. This role involves identifying and negotiating complex partnerships, building senior-level relationships, and directing a team to achieve sales and business development targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategically important partnership opportunities aligned with business goals
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and industry partners
- Lead complex meetings and negotiations to pursue business opportunities and protect organizational interests
- Lead, develop, and evaluate a team of managers and professionals to achieve sales and business development goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years executive-level selling experience with complex product lines
- Proven ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Expert in value-based solution selling and business negotiation
- Strong executive financial acumen and team leadership capabilities
- Excellent public speaking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Medical device industry experience preferred but not required
Compensation: $172,000–$344,000 base
