What You'll Bring: * Commercial Leasing Experience: 7+ years of Commercial Leasing experience + Understanding of Tenant Improvement Process.

• Certifications: Broker, Real Estate, Salesperson License or Equivalent
• Computer Skills: High proficiency with MS Office 365 and strong Excel

targets. Benefits worth highlighting! * The total compensation range for this position is $134,000 - $198,000 (inclusive of base salary + commissions + bonus). The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
