Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations What's Needed? Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with McLeod Software is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines What's in it for me?
