Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.As the Supervisor, Last Mile Operations at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error free.What your day-to-day will look like:Assign work activities and monitor group activitiesInstruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirementsMonitor and maintain availability of tools, materials and suppliesOversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programsManage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliationAssist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performanceAt a minimum, you’ll need:2 years of experience in a supervisory role5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportationExperience with Microsoft OfficeIt’d be great if you also have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong math skills and solid analytical abilityOutstanding interpersonal and leadership skillsThis job requires the ability to:Lift up to 50 lbs.Does this sound like you?
