You will work closely with Account Executives, Account Directors, creative teams, media teams, public relations professionals, digital strategists, and clients to help ensure projects move smoothly from concept through completion.This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn the business from the ground up.What You'll DoAs an Account Coordinator, you will serve as a key support resource for both clients and internal teams, helping ensure projects stay organized, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear throughout the process.Your responsibilities include:Supporting Account Executives and Account Directors with day-to-day client service activitiesAssisting with project coordination, timelines, schedules, and status updatesParticipating in client meetings and preparing meeting notes, recaps, and follow-up documentationHelping coordinate communication between clients and internal departments including creative, media, digital, PR, production, and web developmentMonitoring project progress and helping ensure deadlines are metAssisting with proposal preparation, presentations, reports, and client-facing materialsSupporting quality control and review processes before deliverables are sent to clientsMaintaining organized project records, files, and documentationHelping facilitate extraordinary communication across all project stakeholdersLearning client businesses, industries, objectives, and marketing strategiesThis role requires someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring details do not fall through the cracks.What Makes a Great Team Member at InnoVision Marketing GroupWe can teach account service.
