Genitourinary Hematology Oncology – AdventHealth Lake Nona Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a fellowship‑trained hematologist oncologist to join the physician group at AdventHealth Lake Nona. The practice is looking for a physician to start in late Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Genitourinary Cancer but will also continue to manage other hematologic and oncologic conditions across the spectrum. Rotation of call includes both inpatient and outpatient in equal share with other physicians. Practice will have APRN/PA collaboration in both settings. This is a new position to accommodate the growth of the practice and community. Physician will support one of the busiest urologic oncologic surgical programs in the country, with a surgeon who recently completed 18,000 robotic prostatectomies. Infusion, radiation and surgical services available at Lake Nona. Access to multi‑disciplinary clinics, research, clinical trials (including Phase 1) and tumor boards daily. Support of nurse navigators, social workers, chaplain support, pharmacy, nutrition, etc. Extended network of 7 other medical oncology sites in and surrounding Orlando. AdventHealth ranked by US News & World among top 50 for six specialties: Cancer, diabetes & endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics. Requirements of the Position Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification/eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
