We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service professional to support daily order processing and customer communication activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, values accuracy, and takes pride in providing helpful service to customers.


In this position, you will enter and maintain customer and order information, process routine transactions, assist with order status updates, and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels. You will help ensure records are accurate, orders are handled efficiently, and customers receive timely and professional support.


This is a foundational position focused on day-to-day operational support and core administrative and service responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.


Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer, order, and product information into company systems with accuracy
• Process orders and verify details for completeness and correctness
• Assist customers with general questions, order updates, and basic issue resolution
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Communicate with internal teams to support efficient order handling
• Review data for errors and make corrections as needed
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service


Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning internal systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Previous data entry, administrative, order processing, or customer service experience is helpful
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
