Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent ABA credential
  • Experience providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in a school environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Experience training school staff or caregivers in ABA strategies (preferred)
  • Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and gather relevant data
  • Develop and maintain individualized behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct ABA therapy as needed, modeling best practices
  • Train and consult with school staff, paraprofessionals, and families
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student IEPs and educational goals
