Responsibilities- Greet clients as they walk into the office, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage incoming calls, taking clear messages and directing inquiries to the right person.
- Help organize physical and digital files so that our workflow stays smooth and efficient.
- Assist with preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings and reviews.
- Handle basic office errands and administrative tasks that keep our daily operations running well.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and ensuring our calendar is always up-to-date.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Clear and welcoming communication style for interacting with clients.
- Comfortable learning and using office software for scheduling and data entry.
- Reliable and able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive client information.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is helpful.
