About Extra Mile

Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.

Earning potential: $120,000 to $200,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.

We are looking for a builder who can own marketing for our whole portfolio. Our biggest levers right now are creators, affiliates, Meta ads and creative. You will turn those four into one growth machine, then lead the people who run it. Reports to the CEO.

What we are building

• Our own products, sold nationwide. Omaha Sports & Games is our flagship. Now we design and manufacture our own products. HyperJam basketball hoops are the first of 5 launches in 2026, with 20 more in 2027. You will build the brands and the demand to sell them coast to coast.

• A creator and affiliate army. Hundreds of creators, athletes, coaches and fans who earn commission promoting our brands. It starts with HyperJam, where we are signing Division I college athletes through NIL deals, plus trickshot and sports creators. Then we roll it out to every brand.
\n
• Meta as our main paid engine. Facebook and Instagram ads drive most of our new customers. We want to spend more, profitably, every quarter.
\n
• Creative at volume. New ad concepts every week. The best creator content becomes our best ads.
\n
• One flywheel. Creators make content. The winners run as ads. Ads drive sales and grow our audience. More creators want in.
\n

What you will own

\n
• Marketing strategy, annual plan and budget across all brands
\n
• The creator, influencer and affiliate program: recruiting, commission structure, tracking and payouts
\n
• Meta ads strategy and results, including account structure, testing and scaling
\n
• The creative engine: briefs, production, creator content, and a weekly test cadence
\n
• Email, SMS and organic social that turn new customers into repeat buyers
\n
• Blended ROAS, MER, CAC and contribution margin targets
\n
• Hiring and leading our Head of Growth, Head of Meta and Head of Influencer
\n
• A weekly scorecard the leadership team can trust
\n

What success looks like in year one

\n
• A large, active roster of creators and affiliates driving tracked sales every month
\n
• Meta spend up meaningfully at the same or better efficiency
\n
• A creative pipeline that never runs dry, with clear winners each week
\n
• Profitable revenue growth across the portfolio
\n
• A team that hits its numbers without being chased
\n

You might be a fit if you

\n
• Have 7+ years in ecommerce or DTC marketing, with 3+ leading a team
\n
• Have built or scaled an influencer or affiliate program that drove real revenue
\n
• Have run Meta at $100K+ per month and know what great creative looks like
\n
• Have owned a marketing budget of $2M or more and can show the results
\n
• Read a P&L and make calls based on margin, not vanity metrics
\n
• Want your pay tied to what you build
\n

Nice to have

\n
• NIL or athlete partnership experience
\n
• Sports, fitness, outdoor or home recreation categories
\n
• Multi brand or portfolio experience
\n
• Experience with EOS or a similar operating system
\n
