With hands-on experience in warehouse operations, you understand the importance of precision, especially when preparing and cutting materials for production. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to production operations by ensuring timely and accurate handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Receive, stage, and deliver materials to designated production areas to maintain continuous workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors to prevent production delays.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas to support efficient operations and minimize safety risks.
• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies , including proper use of PPE, safe equipment operation, and reporting of hazards or incidents.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy and support planning efforts.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

• Must have physical strength and stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment safely consistently throughout the shift.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools and work at heights when necessary.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling materials and operating warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and high-visibility vests.
• Must always follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse or production support preferred.
• Experience with metal cutting tools or machinery is a plus.
• Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude.
