Corporate Development Manager

To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Corporate Development Manager will manage strategic analysis, planning, and execution of acquisition strategies while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Conduct detailed financial and business performance analyses for potential acquisition targets Support the development of M&A strategies and manage the due diligence process for acquisitions Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic opportunities and risks associated with potential acquisitions Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting focused on M&A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Strong understanding of corporate finance, business data, and valuation methods Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly using Excel Experience in planning and overseeing post-acquisition integration efforts
