Job Summary (List Format): Senior Technical Consultant
- Design solutions leveraging best practices and domain expertise to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Define business value and ensure consistent implementation of ServiceNow products.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Align technical deliverables with business objectives.
- Support change management through adoption strategies and development of training materials.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements through ongoing training and acquiring relevant certifications.
- Share new insights and product updates with internal teams and customers.
- Lead smaller projects and teams, with a focus on story execution and customer value guidance.
- Develop deep expertise in 1-2 ServiceNow offerings, providing prescriptive technical guidance and ensuring platform health.
- Guide customers through technical documentation and drive innovation for consistent solution delivery.
- Coach and mentor junior team members (Technical Consultant and Associate Technical Consultant) on solutions, expertise building, and overcoming project challenges.
- Participate in customer workshops to assess current and define future state processes.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions with robust technical architecture and alignment to best practices.
- Oversee and perform unit testing of code developed by partners or customer staff.
- Advise customers on maximizing ServiceNow platform capabilities to improve business processes.
- Guide customers in completing technical documentation (e.g., business requirement workbooks).
- Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the ServiceNow product based on customer experiences.
- Maintain up-to-date skills and certifications relevant to the role.
- Independently utilize AI to optimize workflows, tailor solutions, and inform strategic decisions.
- Clearly articulate AI system design, ethical considerations, and use cases; guide responsible AI adoption.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in professional services or equivalent.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Experience leveraging AI in workflow optimization, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-resolution skills.
- Industry domain expertise.
- Experience working collaboratively and independently on complex projects.
- Creative, proactive, and able to drive projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to coach, mentor, and present technical information.
