About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, People to join their mission-driven, patient-focused organization. The successful candidate will be the most senior People leader, responsible for defining and executing People strategies that align with the company's business priorities and growth objectives. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full spectrum of People functions, including talent acquisition, organizational design, workforce planning, total rewards, employee relations, leadership development, and culture. The VP, People will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, shaping a culture where employees are empowered to deliver on the company's mission. Key responsibilities include leading the People organization, partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy, and ensuring that People practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations. Candidates for the VP, People position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related discipline, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A professional certification such as SHRM SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a senior HR role at a comparable organization. They must demonstrate a proven track record of serving as a strategic partner to C-suite and senior executive leaders, as well as hands-on experience across a broad range of HR disciplines. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to drive continuous improvement and lead organizational change in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
