Engagement Manager

The Role We are seeking an Engagement Manager (M/F) to contribute to the scaling of a premium international business. This role combines client engagement, project leadership, and hands‑on field coordination. You will serve as the central point between clients, laboratories, technical specialists, contractors, and our team, ensuring engagements are delivered seamlessly from planning through follow-up, and that every client interaction reflects the high standards of professionalism and quality that define XERENTA Group. Responsibilities Manage client engagements from onboarding through delivery and follow-up. Coordinate assessments, travel, logistics, laboratories, contractors, and specialist partners. Participate in on‑site assessments, coordinating and supporting delivery while representing the company/brand to clients, partners, and contractors. Ensure projects remain on track while maintaining a seamless client experience. Support executive briefings, reports, and client debriefings. Coordinate follow‑up actions and support long‑term client relationships. Profile 5+ years of experience in consulting, client services, project management, hospitality, private client services, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail and professional judgment. Comfortable engaging with technical and scientific information. Experience working with demanding clients and managing high expectations is highly valued. Fluent in German and in English required; additional European languages are a plus. Regular travel within Europe and internationally should be expected. Comfortable working across multiple projects, time zones, and stakeholders simultaneously.
