Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, you'll have the chance to:Shape and advance a globally recognized brand.Partner directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives.Lead enterprise-wide communications that drive engagement and business results.Make a lasting impact on company culture, reputation, and growth.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Communications StrategyDevelop, implement, and measure a global communications strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports commercial growth.Lead the creation and execution of communication plans for product launches, marketing campaigns, events, thought leadership initiatives, and corporate announcements.Oversee the development of customer success stories, case studies, white papers, technical content, and executive messaging.Media Relations & Corporate ReputationLead corporate messaging, media relations, public relations, and reputation management initiatives worldwide.Build strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to expand brand visibility and positive coverage.Develop and execute crisis communication strategies and messaging.Employee Engagement & Internal CommunicationsDirect internal communications strategies that reinforce our culture, values, and strategic priorities.Support leadership communications, organizational change initiatives, and executive engagement efforts.Partner closely with leadership teams to strengthen transparency, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.Social Media ManagementLead the company's global social media strategy and ensure content aligns with brand standards and business objectives.Oversee social media platforms, content deployment, and audience engagement initiatives.Leverage social media analytics to continuously improve performance and engagement.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Media Relations, along with at least 8 years of related experience.Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GEDFrequent travel (6-20%)Valid PassportPreferred Qualifications Five years’ experience in the Material Handling or a similar capital equipment industryTen years managing people and five years managing a Marketing Communications departmentExperience successfully building, coaching, and motivating high-performance teams while holding employees accountableExcellent communicator with ability to influence across all levels and functional areasExcellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issuesInternational experienceWork Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
