Sr. Salesforce Developer – Fairfield County, CT Daley And Associates is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer for a client who is a growing leader in the data creation space. Salesforce Developer to build and enhance Salesforce solutions that support the data platform, client engagement workflows, and internal operational systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean data, automation, and building reliable systems that enable trusted, human-verified data at scale. This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site in Fairfield County, CT. The base salary range for this role is $160,000–$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows Build scalable data models that support first-party data collection, validation, enrichment, and reporting Implement automation to streamline data ingestion, processing, and client delivery workflows Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware Ensure data quality, accuracy, and transparency across Salesforce objects and processes Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business and platform requirements into technical solutions Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into data performance, client usage, and operational metrics Maintain security, access controls, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments following Salesforce best practices Monitor and optimize system performance as data volumes scale Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components Experience with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules), and security architecture Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms Solid understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, and system scalability Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification Experience supporting data‑driven, SaaS, or analytics platforms Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset Experience working with high‑volume data environments Familiarity with privacy, consent management, or data compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) Soft Skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with technical and non‑technical teams Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Passion for building reliable, transparent, and scalable systems For immediate consideration, please email your resume to Ryan at View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line "Sr. Salesforce Developer - Connecticut". #J-18808-Ljbffr
