Insulation Fabricator

Responsibilities Operate a band saw and other types of saws to custom fabricate fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation. Safely and efficiently operate appropriate fabrication equipment. Accurately measure material for efficiency and quality. Maintain quality and housekeeping; ensure production levels are met daily. Comply with all safety requirements and perform other fabrication duties as assigned by a supervisor. Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required. Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred). Able to be medically certified to wear a respirator (if required). Basic computer skills (preferred). Forklift certified. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Physical & Travel Requirements Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
