Production Line Lead

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing plastics, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Line Lead

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $19-20

Shift: 6am-6pm (4 on 3 off rotating schedule)

What's the Job?

• Oversee essential packaging functions in a safe and efficient environment

• Lead, train, and supervise personnel to ensure customer satisfaction

• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate inventories

• Operate forklifts, perform light maintenance, and assist with railcar movement

• Communicate effectively with management and maintenance teams to maintain production uptime

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills required

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

• Capability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods
