Responsibilities As Melotech’s first dedicated Social Media Manager, you will architect, build, and grow our social presence. You will tell compelling brand stories and assemble an enthusiastic community. Launch social media accounts for our products and brands from zero across all platforms. Manage our portfolio of channels and content pieces in a consistent, structured and professional manner. Collaborate with creative teams to deliver exceptional daily content with cohesive messaging across all platforms. Lead and mentor content creators while establishing streamlined workflows and quality assurance processes. Develop audience growth frameworks through sophisticated analysis of engagement metrics and viral content patterns. Cultivate authentic fan communities through strategic engagement and proactive community management. Qualifications You’re a social media strategist who knows how to juggle mass content, authenticity and community management at once. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field from a reputable university. 3+ years of intensive social media management experience in entertainment, music, or other media sectors. Advanced proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and platform‑specific optimization techniques. Exceptional analytical and creative capabilities with the ability to preserve authentic brand voice while driving growth. Experience managing multi‑brand social presence across multiple established and emerging platforms. Self‑motivated approach with genuine passion for the creator economy, entertainment industry, and social media innovation. Thrives in a fast‑paced and performance‑oriented environment.
