Sales Expansion Rep - Washington & Oregon

Becton Dickinson seeks a sales expansion representative in Washington and Oregon to grow Advanced Patient Monitoring technology adoption across community hospitals and emerging accounts. The role involves prospecting new business, managing customer relationships with surgeons and critical care physicians, and driving revenue growth for noninvasive monitoring devices. Responsibilities

• Manage defined portfolio of Advanced Patient Monitoring customers to expand patient reach
• Prospect new business and identify untapped opportunities in community hospitals
• Call on anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, critical care physicians, and EP Lab personnel
• Drive business growth by closing deals and executing regional sales strategies
• Analyze performance gaps and adjust approach to meet sales targets

Requirements

• Associate's degree in related field
• 3+ years progressive sales experience
• Medical devices industry experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Residence in Washington or Oregon
