Established design-build firm based outside Tacoma, WA is adding a Traveling Superintendent. They build and renovate casinos, luxury hospitality and high-end restaurants, mostly on the West Coast. We've worked with them for about 6 years and placed many people there. Very good company, very high-quality people.
Ideal candidate:
- Has run casino or gaming renovation projects as the Superintendent. This is the must-have. Strong luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant experience will also be considered.
- Comfortable with occupied-property renovations, high-end finishes and complex interiors.
- Willing to travel 100% to their project sites. Good travel benefits.
- Can live anywhere in the country.
Pay: $180,000 base plus travel benefits.
Benefits: Full benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO and bonus.
