Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control processes to ensure inventory accuracy across warehouse operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cycle count programs and physical inventory procedures.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Reconcile inventory balances and coordinate adjustments as needed.
- Analyze inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to develop and enhance inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Business Central OR SAP are a MUST!!!
- Strong analytical and inventory-control skills with practical warehouse experience.
- Experience managing inventory in a high-volume Cosmetic OR CPG environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, reconciliation, cycle counting, and warehouse controls.
- Can analyze data and translate findings into practical operational improvements.
- Experience balancing the financial/control side of inventory with the practical realities of warehouse operations.
