About the Role:
CH Management LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with a focus on recruitment to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the full hiring lifecycle in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee setup
  • Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Partner with HR team members to support general HR administrative duties as needed
  • Help develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and company platforms
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in human resources, recruiting, or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
