We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN . Position Summary:

To provide marketing support to the Chattanooga Division to ensure operational success. Serve as co-owner of website content, social media, community presentation, signage and event planning.

Job Responsibilities: Core duties or tasks fundamental and not marginal to the performance of the job.

1. Work with sales leadership to develop effective marketing strategies.
2. Manage all marketing activities within the Division.
3. Track, monitor, and evaluate results for specific marketing programs and campaigns.
4. Ensure consistent, branded image for respective communities are created throughout website, signage, and within the community.
5. Coordinate, direct, and implement all Division public relations events and materials to build an effective brand.
6. Complete website updates to community web pages as needed on a timely basis.
7. Manage and maintain all off-site community signage including WEDs and billboards.
8. Work with community teams to produce:

• Local events for brokers, customers, and homeowners
• Promotional specific handouts, advertisements, direct mail, etc.
• Sales office displays

1. Assist sales leadership in defining Sales Center and Model Homes to include ordering displays and Model Home furniture. Review selections based on demographics.
2. Attend and present when needed at weekly Sales Meeting.
3. Assist sales leadership in conducting market research/competition reports as needed.
4. Assist with broker presentations as needed.
5. Join and actively participate in local sales, marketing and home building organizations to keep abreast of the market.
6. Properly code and process invoices for respective communities.
7. Be available on weekends and after hours as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field

Experience:

• 5 years marketing experience

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Email marketing and campaign experience
• Experience with marketing data analytics and tools (Web analytics, CRM)
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite
