Litigation SecretaryWe are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join a busy and collaborative legal team in Oxnard, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with strong litigation support experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to litigation attorneysPrepare, format, and file pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documentsAssist with electronic filing in state and federal courtsManage calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and meetingsAssist with discovery and trial preparationMaintain organized case files and documentsCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other partiesSupport attorneys with day-to-day case managementQualifications:Prior litigation secretary or legal secretary experienceStrong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminologyExperience with court filings and calendaringExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platformsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced team environmentThis is a great opportunity to be a part of a great firm doing amazing work.
