Job Summary:

Provide physical therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing facilities under the supervision of licensed therapists. Focus on implementing treatment plans, supporting patient recovery, and promoting functional independence.

Responsibilities:

  Assist licensed physical therapists in administering therapeutic interventions.

  Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.

  Ensure that therapy equipment and treatment areas are properly prepared and sanitized.

  Educate patients on exercises and post-treatment care to optimize recovery.

Qualifications:

  Certified or licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
