Job Description

We are looking for a Materials Coordinator to coordinate the movement and storage of materials with a concentration on packaging, shipping, and receiving while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliancewith safety and handling procedures. This position will be full-time and o nsite in Leetsdale, PA.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate the movement and storage of materials with a concentration on packaging, shipping, and receiving

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Conduct inventory audits as needed

• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in materials management or a related field

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in inventory management software

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

• Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc
