Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Frisco, TX and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

• Auto insurance
• Home insurance
• Life insurance
• Retirement planning

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
