Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient needs and adjust treatment accordingly, collaborating with peers across the clinical team.

• Engage actively in developing and implementing positive behavior support plans in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams.

• Serve as a key participant in licensure and accreditation processes by maintaining adherence to established best practices.

• Act as a liaison for relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to enhance resource accessibility for clients.

• Facilitate open channels of communication to meet contract standards and enhance the clinic's presence and mission in the community.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to foster program promotion and identify new funding opportunities.

• Engage in continued professional development through workshops, conferences, and networking events, representing the agency with pride.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications\n
