Develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and negotiate settlements. Serve as a trusted advisor to insurers and corporate clients. Work independently on assigned caseloads. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong writing skills. Foster an entrepreneurial growth mindset for client development. Collaborate with a team to creatively solve problems. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license in good standing with the state bar. Minimum four years of litigation experience. First‑chair trial experience preferred.
