Job Summary

Banking Professionals are needed for direct hire opportunities with a growing community financial institution in Sacramento, CA. These roles are ideal for customer-focused banking candidates who enjoy building relationships, supporting branch operations, and delivering accurate, professional service in a community banking environment.

Open opportunities include New Accounts / CSR II, New Accounts / CSR III, and Senior New Accounts / CSR III positions. Candidates will have the opportunity to support customers with account services, daily transactions, and branch operations while continuing to grow their banking career.

Key Responsibilities

- Open new customer accounts, process account changes, and provide accurate account service support.
- Deliver professional, friendly, and solutions-focused customer service to branch customers.
- Process routine banking transactions while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
- Support daily branch operations, documentation, and customer relationship management activities.
- Assist with more complex account needs, service requests, and issue resolution based on role level.
- For senior-level positions, provide staff support, operational guidance, and help maintain branch service excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

- Job Type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Sacramento, CA.
- New Accounts / CSR II: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- New Accounts / CSR III: $22.05 to $26.95 per hour.
- Senior New Accounts / CSR III: $23.40 to $28.60 per hour.
- Overall salary range: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour.
