Construction Project Manager

Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, logistics, and field installation. Develop and control project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk‑mitigation actions. Serve as the main communication point for stakeholders, customers, contractors, and vendors. Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and material readiness to meet project timelines. Track project costs, provide status and financial updates, and drive continuous improvement in project execution processes. Qualifications Strong understanding of production, installation, and construction workflows, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment. Proficient with project management and ERP systems, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills for coordinating teams and stakeholders. Preferred: 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields, plus familiarity with technical drawings and custom manufacturing environments.
