Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Active California license or appropriate credential
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Effective communication abilities and a team-focused approach

• Providing individual and group counseling for students experiencing a range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized support plans in conjunction with teachers, staff, and families

• Participating actively in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Delivering crisis intervention, prevention services, and timely referrals as needed
• Promoting positive mental health practices and wellness across the school community
