Training Coordinator

Labcorp seeks a Training Coordinator for its Laguna Hills laboratory facility to develop and deliver employee training programs, manage onboarding processes, and maintain training documentation. The role requires phlebotomy experience and involves coordinating educational initiatives across company policies, procedures, and laboratory systems.

Responsibilities Develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees Create, evaluate, and update training materials covering policies, procedures, and laboratory systems Maintain accurate records and logs of all training activities conducted Serve as compliance and procedural resource for department staff Support performance improvement plans and quality metrics initiatives Requirements Valid California State phlebotomy license or filed application 3+ years phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills Valid California driver's license with clean driving record Preferred: 3+ years training or instruction experience Compensation:
