Motorola Solutions, through its Silvus Technologies subsidiary, seeks a Director of Business Development to lead long-horizon capture for US Army programs. You will build deep relationships with customers, primes, and OEMs to shape requirements and pursue multi-year opportunities. You will guide strategic pursuits, align with the MDE and sales teams, and navigate the DoD funding landscape. A SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months is required.
