Work Schedule:
100% FTE day shift working Monday Friday 8a 5p. You will work at 1102 S. Park St. After the training period you may be eligible to work 1 2 days per week remotely.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

• Function as a key part of an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists behavioral health therapists substance use therapists clinical staff and leaders.
• Manage provider templates orders supplies manage clinic rooms/spaces assist leaders with scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year experience in an administrative support role Required
• 3 years experience in an administrative support function Preferred
• Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
