Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, from conceptual through final design.
• Analyze blueprints, project plans, and specifications to develop precise and competitive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all cost factors are accounted for.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate to secure the best value.
• Monitor and update cost databases, market trends, and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and estimating techniques.
• Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. xhyhwjd
