Marketing Automation Manager

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong AI-first mindset. This role is about doing classic lifecycle marketing (activation, conversion, retention, monetization) - but executing it faster and smarter using AI tooling.

Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
Write high-quality copy adapted to different lifecycle stages and user segments
Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral triggers (activation, engagement, reactivation, promo flows)
Run continuous A/B tests (messages, formats, mechanics, timing)
Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
Build small services, scripts, or automations (e.g. alerts, data processing, campaign triggers)
Connect external data sources and services via APIs
Integrate outputs into CRM/CDP

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing
Experience working with: Claude Code / Cursor / n8n / Make / Lovable / MCP
Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing
Excellent copywriting skills
Solid experience with A/B testing
Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar)
Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.)
Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale
