Position Overview The Regional Manager serves as the senior operational leader for the Nashville market and is accountable for all aspects of business performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this individual will lead Studio Leaders and market leadership teams while executing a disciplined growth strategy that drives sustainable profitability and creates an industry-leading customer experience. Strategic Leadership Execute the company's strategic vision throughout the Nashville market. Execute annual operating budget and growth initiatives. Lead organizational change and continuous improvement. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Partner with executive leadership on market expansion. Multi-Unit Operations Provide leadership for four Stretch Zone studios. Ensure excellence in brand standards, member experience, staffing, sales goals, and compliance. Develop leadership autonomy while maintaining accountability. Revenue & Financial Performance Manage P&L performance. Drive revenue growth and EBITDA improvement. Optimize labor and operating expenses. Increase membership growth and retention. Leadership & Talent Development Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional leaders. Coach General Managers and build succession plans. Develop a high-performance culture. Sales Leadership Drive membership acquisition and lead conversion. Strengthen referral and community partnerships. Build disciplined sales execution.
