Join Priority Care Rehab’s passionate team in a premier skilled nursing facility in Brooklyn, NY !
We’re committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that helps residents regain their voice, improve cognition, and thrive. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to bring clinical excellence and heart to our supportive rehab environment.
Restore Communication : Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse adult populations.
Deliver Outcomes : Create and execute personalized therapy plans focused on voice, fluency, articulation, and dysphagia management.
Collaborate for Success : Work closely with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure cohesive, person-centered care.
Lead with Insight : Document effectively using Rehab Optima or SigmaCare, educate families and caregivers, and support smooth transitions in care.
Qualifications:
Active New York SLP license
SNF experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with Rehab Optima and/or SigmaCare
Must be compassionate, patient-focused, and highly communicative
COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy
