Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects Requirements At least 2 year experience as Sales Manager Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales. Willingness to train additional sales associates and thrive in a team environment. Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales. Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing. Embrace technology and stay up to date with advancements in the automotive industry. Strong customer service and communication skills.
