About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be a strategic financial leader, responsible for driving financial performance, supporting strategic growth initiatives, and providing the necessary insight and guidance for informed business decisions. This role involves leading all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, cost management, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial reporting. The Vice President of Finance will also be a key partner to the President, working closely with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, and corporate leadership to improve profitability, optimize operational performance, and support long-term growth objectives. Candidates for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership in a complex organization, is required. Manufacturing experience, particularly in cost accounting, inventory management, and operational finance, is also preferred. The role demands a proven track record of partnering with executive teams, leading multi-site financial operations, and driving business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a focus on integrity, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.
